Back in 2010, after ten grueling years of battling a weak immune system and an endless cycle of antibiotics, I knew it was time for a change! Desperate for a solution that didn’t involve being a human pill dispenser, I ventured into the world of alternative medicine. I met a naturopath, who suggested some major lifestyle changes, desperate and not willing to accept my fate the doctors had tried to bestow upon me, I took the plunge - tossed the prescription meds, and revamped my diet and lifestyle. Within months, I stopped getting sick and felt like a brand-new person. This transformation sparked a fiery passion for wellness deep within me.

For the next decade, I became a wellness advocate, diving deep into the links between food, lifestyle, and health. I was however, frustrated by the lack of delicious, nutrient-dense superfood blends on the market, so I concocted my own. My friends and family couldn't get enough and urged me to go pro. So, I took a leap of faith, left my career to go sell Wazoogles Superfood smoothies at the local organic farmers' market. Today, Wazoogles is the leading superfood brand in SA, sold in over 1,000 stores across South Africa and 4 other countries.

Since 2015, I’ve built the brand remotely whilst travelling to over 20 countries hunting for superfoods and dreaming on the next big adventure. This isn’t just another business, it's a passion project that became a global brand. I lead my team nomadically whilst living off-grid in a forest 7 hours from the city. Focussed on raising a family, growing my own food and creating innovative world-class products.
